Mr. St. Francis retired in 2008 as a U.S Army Master Aviator with 22 years of active duty military experience. His assignments included both state-side and overseas duties as an Assault Helicopter and Fixed Wing Intelligence pilot for the U.S Army. His aircraft qualifications include the OH-58A/C, UH-1H, EH/UH-60 A/L, UH-72 A, C-12, RC-12N/P/Q. Mr. St. Francis holds an FAA Commercial Instrument Pilot rating in both helicopter and multi-engine/single engine airplanes. He is also type rated in the Beech 200/300 King Air. His aviation expertise lies in the areas of Flight Standards Administration, Aviation Operations, Airspace Management, and Aviation Safety Program Management.

Mr. St. Francis is a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a BS in Professional Aeronautics.  While on active military service, he served for several years as the company’s VP of Aviation Operations while it was in pre-start up mode. Upon retiring from the military, he accepted a position with a local New Hampshire firm but continues to serve in an advisory capacity.
